Processing Time

Please allow up to 1 week after purchase for your order to be shipped.

Shipping and Handling

Small items are shipped via USPS First Class Shipping or Priority Mail. All orders come with a tracking number that we will send to you via email once your order ships. Once your items ship and you receive your tracking number, your order becomes the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service. Larger items like Toere may require additional shipping. In those cases we will contact you directly via email.

Earrings and natural products are final sale and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Natural products are not eligible for exchange. We do not offer returns on custom orders and natural products. However, if there’s a problem please contact us directly so we may be able to make it right. We do offer repair service, in this case the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
